Phil passed away peacefully at Nelson Tasman Hospice on Monday January 26th after a long and well fought battle.

Adored husband and best friend of Pauline, and a much loved Dad and mentor to Lisa and Michael (UK), Mark, Stephen, and Callum.

Best grandad ever to Ben and Michael (UK), Bella, Cronos, Levi and Phoebe.

Loved brother of Barry and Margaret (Australia) and forever friend of Garry and Robyn, and Roxy.

At Phils request a private cremation has been held.

Sincere thanks to everyone who has supported Phil through his journey, especially the amazing staff at the Nelson Tasman Hospice.
