MAYNE-ORD, Mitchell Jack (Mitchy Man)

Passed away peacefully in his sleep at Nelson Hospital with his dad at his side on Sunday February 15, 2026 at the young age of 26 years.

Deeply loved son of Jacqui Mayne-Ord, Ian and Jo Ord. Treasured and loved brother of Cameron, and Olivia. Much loved grandson of Alan and Annette Mayne, Laurice and the late Tony Jamieson, and Barry and Corinne Ord, loved and missed by his family, extended family, medical teams and friends.

A service to celebrate Mitchy Man’s life will be held at Shone and Shirley Funeral Home, 164 Tahunanui Drive, Nelson at 10:30am on Saturday February 21, followed by a cremation at Hope Gardens of Remembrance Crematorium for those who wish to attend.

Please wear something bright and colorful to reflect his life.
